Work at the Old Drilling Grounds

Uppsala Water and Waste AB is building a stormwater dam to handle water from Rosendal and for a stretch of Dag Hammarskjöld's road. The dam will purify water and handle large amounts of rain. The dam will also become a permanent water installation in the area at Polacksbacken and will have footpaths and fences around it that allow space for walks and breaks. The project is planned to be completed by year-end 2020, but the end date might be pushed due to the prevailing national situation.
